Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Management & Leadership Training (Final Session)

Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. had a final session for the Manager Training lectured by CICOM BRAINS, the training & development in Thailand, following azbil Group vision for Global Leader Development.

This training was held on 20-21 July 2017 at Jasmine City Hotel for all Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Assistant Manager up to General Manager. We hope all participants will be able to recognize manager’s role and expectation from the Organization and the other stakeholders, Understand the influence of the manager to the team and learn the method to increase team performance, Learn accounting basics to understand important relationship between financial results and daily business activities that managers should take based on this concept, Learn communication skills and method of objective management to establish good relationship with subordinates and support them to achieve their own goal and Recognize the challenges to be a manager and define the improvement plan for the future.

At the end of the training, we had Certification Ceremony for all participants by Mr. Akihiko Naruse, President of Azbil Academy.

“ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training”New Version

Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. had ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training on 8-9 May 2017. The Trainer for this course was Ms. Wanida Chaichalotorn, JQA Registered ISO 9001 Lead Assessor from JQA Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The objective of the training is to enhance knowledge and understanding for our Internal Auditor Team to prepare the readiness for ISO 9001:2015 (new version).

Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has started the Manager Training lectured by CICOM BRAINS, the training & development in Thailand, following azbil Group vision for Global Leader Development.

This training was held on 16-17 March 2017 at Jasmine City Hotel for all Azbil (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Assistant Manager up to General Manager. The course provides participants of gaining a greater understanding in roles and responsibility of managers and leaders. It is focus on the important capabilities needed to execute managing and leading a team effectively and efficiently to achieve Organizational Goals, Vision & Mission.
